1 cup hung curd

1/2 cup FARM FRESH ALPHONSO PULP

3tbsp powder sugar

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

2 tbsp chopped nuts

Method :-

1) Hung a curd in a muslin cloth for 3 -4 hours.

2) Transfer it in mixing bowl. Add FARM FRESH MANGO PULP, powder sugar & cardamom powder, mix well.

3) Using a beater beat the mixer till smooth.

4) Transfer to the serving bowl. Keep in refrigerator for 4 hours.

5) Garnish with nuts. Serve cold.
