½ litre milk

1 tbsp + 1 tsp + ½ tsp + ¼ tsp G.M.S. powder

1 tbsp + 1 tsp + ½ tsp + ¼ tsp corn flour

¼ tsp CMC powder

7 ½ tbsp sugar

1 ½ cup FARM FRESH ALPHONSO MANGO PUREE

½ tsp mango essence

¼ cup fresh cream

2 tbsp milk powder

METHOD-

1) In a heavy bottom pan, add milk, GMS, CMC, sugar, corn flour & boil everything together for 5 minutes.

2) Cool the mixture. Put it in a plastic container, cover & put it in freezer. (For 24 hours) basic ice cream is ready.

3) In a big bowl take basic ice cream, add mango essence & fresh cream. Beat this mixture with beater for 15 minutes. Add FARM FRESH ALPHONOSO PULP & milk powder. Mix properly.

4) Put it in plastic box & set it for overnight.

5) Serve chilled.
