1 kg FARM FRESH ALPHONOSO MANGO PULP

500 gm sugar

¼ tsp sodium benzoit

¼ tsp citric acid

Method

1) In a heavy bottom pan add FARM FRESH MANGO PULP, sugar & citric acid. On high flame keep on stirring continuously.

2) Once the sugar dissolves & starts to bubble up reduce the flame to low.

3) Boil until mixture thickens.

4) Add sodium benzoit & further boil for 2 mins.

5) Cool down completely. Store in air tight container.
