500 gm FARM FRESH ALPHONSO MANGO PULP
1 litre full cream milk
150 gm fresh cream
60 gm sugar
1 tbsp pistachios

Method :-

  • Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan, add sugar & cook on low heat till the milk thickens & is reduced to one third.
  • Add mango pulp & cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Remove & cool at room temperature. Mix in the cream.
  • Pour the mixture in kulfi moulds & freeze it overnight.
  • Serve chilled garnished with pistachios.
