2 cup FARM FRESH MANGO PUREE

1 cup semolina/ sooji

1/2 cup sugar

4 tbsp ghee

1/2 tsp cardamom pdr

Cashew nuts for garnishing

2 cup milk

METHOD

1) In a kadai add ghee & semolina. Roast until light brown.

2) In another pan heat milk.

3)  Add hot milk in semolina mix well to avoid any lumps. Cover & cook for 2 minutes.

4) Add sugar and mix well.

5) Add mango puree mix well, cook for 1 min 0n slow flame.

6) Garnish with cashew nuts.
