2 cups flour
1/2 cup strawberry puree
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups caster sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a muffin tray with muffin liners.
In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt. Keep aside.
2) In a large bowl, cream the oil and sugar until light and fluffy.
3) Add the milk and strawberry puree.
4) Add the flour mixture to this and mix well.
5) Spoon mixture into the muffin tray.
6) Bake for around 20- 25 minutes
