4 cups water
20 gms chopped china grass soaked in water
1/2 cup strawberry puree
1/2 cup sugar
2 cup fresh cream , chilled
1) Combine china grass and water in a pan and cook till it dissolves.
2) Add sugar and cook for about 5-10 minutes.
3) Take the pan off the heat, add the lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside to cool.
4) While the china grass cools and begins to set, whip the chilled cream till it holds its shape.
5) Fold the cream into the cooled china grass mixture. Serve chilled.
