250 gm FARM FRESH ALPHONSO MANGO PULP
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 tsp gelatin
200 ml whipped cream
Sprinkle gelatin over water & let it soak.
In a sauce pan pour FARM FRESH ALPHONSO MANGO PULP, warm it
Add soak gelatin stirring it until it dissolves.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl & allow it to cool.
In another pan, whipped the cream with beater till soft peaks are formed.
Fold the whipped cream in a mango mixture.
Pour it into the individual mould & set it in refrigerator for 4 hour.
Garnish with mint leaves.
