Ingredients :-

250 gm FARM FRESH ALPHONSO MANGO PULP

3 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp water

1 1/2 tsp gelatin

200 ml whipped cream

Method :-

 Sprinkle gelatin over water & let it soak.

 In a sauce pan pour FARM FRESH ALPHONSO MANGO PULP, warm it

gently.

 Add soak gelatin stirring it until it dissolves.

  Pour the mixture into a large bowl & allow it to cool.

 In another pan, whipped the cream with beater till soft peaks are formed.

  Fold the whipped cream in a mango mixture.

 Pour it into the individual mould & set it in refrigerator for 4 hour.

 Garnish with mint leaves.
