Vanilla cream layer

250 ml cream

50 ml milk

50 gm castor sugar

½ tsp vanilla essence

Mango layer

1 cup FARM FRESH MANGO PULP

½ cup cream

1 tbsp castor sugar

1 ½ tbsp gelatin

Fresh mango pieces & mint leaves for garnishing

Method-

1) Take gelatin in a bowl. Add 3 tbsp water, mix well & let it dissolve completely.

2) For vanilla cream layer mix 250 ml cream, 50 ml milk, 50 gm castor sugar, vanilla essence & bring it to boil.

3) For mango cream layer heat mango puree, ½ cup cream & 1 tbsp castor sugar together.

4) Add half the gelatin to mango puree & remaining to the vanilla cream layer. Stir the mixture till gelatin dissolves.

5) Spread a layer of mango cream into a serving glass & refrigerate for ½ an hour.

6) Spread a layer of vanilla cream layer over the mango cream layer & refrigerate for ½ an hour.

7) Repeat both layers once more after each layer sets properly.

8) Garnish with chopped mango pieces & mint leaves.

9) Serve chilled.
