8’ one vanilla or chocolate sponge

100 ml water

50 gm sugar

2 cup whipped cream

1 cup FARM FRESH MANGO PUREE

1 cup mango pieces

Method-

1) To make sugar syrup in a sauce pan mix water & sugar give one boil & switch off the gas.

2) Beat the whipping cream till soft peak consistency. Add mango pulp & mix together.

3) Slice the chocolate sponge in 3 layers.

4) In a serving glasses keep one layer of cake sponge add sugar syrup arrange mango pieces& mango cream.

5) Repeat the other 2 layers.

6) Garnish with mango pieces. Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.

7) Serve chilled.
